Delivery: when, how, where
Everything to know before your baby's first basket arrives in Montreal or Laval.
When?
- One basket a month, in your baby's size.
- Home or workplace, in Montreal and Laval, during your area's route week.
- We confirm the exact day at least 24 hours before delivery.
How?
- Our team hand-delivers the basket. We do not ship by mail.
- Someone must be home: we never leave the basket without someone present.
- From the 2nd month, we pick up the previous basket at each delivery.
- Delivery is included in your plan.
Where?
- At home or at your workplace, in Montreal and Laval only.
- For delivery to your workplace, some restrictions apply (difficult parking, vignette or metered streets): we write to you to find another solution together.
- You choose your neighbourhood before paying.
- Not sure about your address? Send us your postal code before subscribing.
